Cooking Instructions:
- Bring 1-2 ltr (4-8 cups) of generously salted water to a rolling boil
- Add the pasta & maintain a rolling boil uncovered until desired softness is achieved
Al Dente – cook for 10 mins
Just Right – cook for 13 mins
Soft – 16+ mins - Drain & rinse pasta underwater
- Add to your favourite sauce, vegetables and garnishing and serve fresh
Flavour Note: Neutral, hearty flavour. Goes well with all cuisines, especially Indian. Try using in soup or broth! Excellent for when on fast.
